Larry Wayne Miller

Larry was a native Houstonian and graduate of Spring Woods High School, Class of 1971 and attended Southwest Texas State University. He was an avid outdoors man and enjoyed traveling, boating, fishing, motor and water sports. Larry was an owner of Acme Safe and Lock, San Antonio.

He will be remembered as a loving son, dedicated father, grandfather, faithful and loyal friend. Survived by his mother, Laura Leago Miller of Houston, Texas; children, Jacqueline Crow and husband Austin, Jeff Partin and wife Suzanne, Carrie Roper and husband Josh, Will Partin and wife Kelly; grandchildren, Christie Bosse and husband Paul, Grace Roper, Henry Roper, Miller Partin, Lux Crow, Brady Crow, Perrie Partin and Ace Crow. Also surviving are aunts, uncles, cousins and lifelong of friends.

Visitation with the family was held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 23, 2015 at Waltrip Funeral Directors, where funeral services were held in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 24th. Interment followed in Pattison Cemetery, Brookshire, Texas.

In lieu of usual remembrances, memorials may be directed to Texas Parks and Wildlife and the American Heart Association.
