Larry is survived by his children, Gregory Lindsey, of Houston, TX; Denise Lindsey-Hayman, of Conroe, TX; Jeremy Roberts, of Houston, TX. He is preceded in death by his Father, Willie Earl Lindsey, of Houston, TX; his Mother, Ouida Jean Warren Lindsey, of Houston, TX; his Brother, Kenneth Earl Lindsey, of Madisonville, TX; his Brother, Doyle Ray Lindsey, of Houston, TX; his Sister, Nannie Oleta Haigler, of Houston, TX; and his Son, Christopher Jean Lindsey, of Houston, TX.
Larry was born on August 23, 1942 in Houston, TX. He attended The University of Houston in his early years and studied in Mathematics. Larry was a social man who enjoyed racing Formula V race cars in his younger years and loved to travel. He also enjoyed playing cards and playing pool with his friends. He once was a deputy county sheriff for Harris County for many years and belonged to the Elks Lodge. He also had several businesses that pertained to his love of cars.
His family and friends will always remember him as kind, generous and a jokester.
