I worked for Larry for last many years.  He was the best colleague and manager.  His guidance, positive attitude and concern for family is admirable.  Sushma always remember him since he always touch base with her during Christmas party and spend some time.  He was a fighter and we could witness that in tough time.  Our heartfelt condolences to Barbara and Family.

I remember Larry all the way back when I was in 2nd grade, he was in 3rd.  Back then he already carried himself with a great sense confidence, all the way through high school.  I never can remember him being mean or acting better than anyone else.  Yet he was a great athlete, good looking and smart.  His family was an institution in Spring Shadows, great family.  I was in the same grade as his sister Lisa and I'm sure he didn't know me, I still admired him.  A little piece of my heart died when I learned of his passing.  He was a part of molding my childhood, just by his example.  Larry, your memory will live on in countless people's heart.  Thank you Larry, prayers for your family and God's loving embrace around them during this tough time.

Larry was always upbeat though you could tell he was not feeling well.  His spirit was high and he set such a good example of how to continue to embrace life through difficulties.  May your memories of Larry be good and lasting.

My condolences to the Irving family.  I played baseball with Larry at SBALL when we were kids and went to high school with him.  He was truly a great guy.

Larry reached out to me to help me understand the Emerson organization when I first started in 20014. I wasn't even in his organization. Was a very nice thing to do and it told me something about Larry right away. I know he will be missed greatly by all.

Just the other day my Mom and I were reminiscing about the only boy brave enough to come through the front door and charge up to my Dad to shake his hand. My Daddy was a Peace Officer; Larry came through the front door with so much conviction that we thought he was going to fall into Dad's lap. His hand was up and out in front of him for 20' feet, Daddy barely had time to get up out of the chair.

I've known Larry since jr high and high school. While we lost touch over the years I remember him as a very good guy always smiling. A great guy. My sincere condolences to his entire family.

It was a genuine and proud honor to know Larry. He was a great friend, colleague, and leader who epitomized dedication, hard work, positive attitude, passion, teamwork, and loyalty. Larry always enjoyed helping and mentoring people to succeed and make good solid choices. He made significant contributions to the success of Daniel and Emerson over his career. He was very talented and knowledgeable and well respected in our industry. Even during the most difficult times he was incredibly positive, brave, and a real inspiration. I will miss my friend deeply but he will continue to live in my fondest memories of our times together.

Larry and I were both just a couple of kids when we started at Daniel. He was a great friend and coworker for many years and I will remember him forever. Larry will be missed in this world but rest assured, he is in a much better place. My prayers go out to his family.
