LaNell Marie Poehl

LaNell Marie Poehl peacefully went home to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 4th, 2010. She was reunited in Heaven with her love R.J. of 62 years in marriage. She was also brought back together with her son Ronald James Poehl, her mother Theresa Reagan, and her grandson Christopher Welch. LaNell was born in San Antonio, Texas on February 20, 1923. She spent her life as a devout Christian and a high-spirited companion to her friends and family. She inspired others to live life to its fullest and celebrate every moment in which you live. LaNell was always there to make you laugh with her sense of humor or to

give her family warm sweet kisses. She was classy and stylish and beautiful both inside and out. This Irish lady was a true friend to all of us and her fun loving spirit will always be in our memories. She is survived by her daughters Theresa and husband Danny Pampell, and Donna Welch; grandchildren, Kimberly Levandowski, Christopher Poehl, Shannon Pampell, Jolie Thompson, Mollie Pampell, Tim Welch, and ten great grandchildren. The family invites you for visitation from 5 – 8p.m. on Tuesday at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home where the Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. in the chapel. The Funeral Liturgy will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 11th, 2010 at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 10688 Shadow Wood. Rite of committal will follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
