Kelly Gene Tucker

Kelly was born in St. Louis, Missouri on 11/12/61 and died on 4/8/23 in Houston, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents; Wilmer Ardell Tucker & Vera Louise Smith, a half sibling, James Mumma, & another half sibling, Jesse (Mickey) Tucker.

Kelly graduated from Arkansas State University. He worked for Continental Airlines for 25+ years. Kelly enjoyed life to the fullest. He loved to travel. Kelly’s favorite pastime was walking the dogs and being surrounded by nature.

He leaves behind his sister, Sandra L. Black, his brother, Michael Tucker, a half sibling, Richard Tucker, his best friend, Robert Gallegos, & his cherished dogs, Toby & Ellie. Kelly also leaves behind a host of loving cousins & friends.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo (2516 Navigation Blvd., Houston, TX 77003) on Thursday April 20th from 11:00am to 1:30pm. A Chapel Service will begin at 1:30pm at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo. A funeral procession will follow at 2:30pm departing the funeral home for a committal service at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery (6900 Lawndale St., Houston, TX 77023) at 3pm.
