While at work one day, Kathy met the love of her life, Richard Tye. Kathy and Rick were married on April 1, 1989 and spent an amazing 34 years together. They loved going on cruises, hosting game nights and Friday morning breakfasts with friends. Most of all, Kathy and Rick loved laughing and spending time with each other. She loved floating the river and making life-long memories with the people that she loved most. She was also a life member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.
