Karen A. Clayton

Karen A. Clayton passed away on November 10, 2015. She was born on December 30, 1942 to parents Glen Alton and Blodwyn Arlene Henson in Dickinson, Texas. Karen was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend that will be dearly missed by all of those who knew and loved her. She is survived by her husband of 53 years Aubrey Clayton; children: Troy Clayton and his wife Paula, Kris Clayton, and Mark Clayton; grandchildren: Robert Clayton and his wife Sarah, Jessica Clayton, Justin Clayton, Dylan Clayton, MaryBeth Brinkley, Emily Clayton, Clayton LaCour, and Trent LaCour; brothers: Gary Henson and his wife Rosie and Tim Henson and numerous nieces, nephew and a host of friends. Karen is preceded in death by her parents, sons: Craig Clayton and Darren Clayton; great- granddaughter Emmalynn DeAngelo; and brothers: Milton Henson and Pete Henson.

The family will receive friends for visitation Friday, November 13, 2015 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM in the Family Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 13, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home in the Family Chapel followed by a burial at Brookside Memorial Park & Cemetery.
