Justin was born on December 31, 1984 in Pasadena, Texas and went to Heaven on March 17, 2022. He graduated from Langham Creek High School in Houston, Texas in 2003.
Justin will always be loved for his kind and gentle heart and his love for God, family and friends. We will all remember his love of laughter, singing along with his favorite songs and a little bit of two-steppin’. He loved being with family and spending time making memories with his friends. The joy of his heart was his adored daughter, Tynlee.
In his youth he played team sports, soccer, basketball, baseball and football. He enjoyed winter sports, water sports, and liked to travel while vacationing with friends and family. Hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, boating and jet skiing, created some of his favorite memories.
He is survived by his daughter, Tynlee Faith Sparks, his parents Randy and Nancy Sparks, his brother-in-love Bryson Blowey and nieces Kehnley, Sadie and Lainey, his grandparents Charles and Juanita Wiggins, grandparents Wanda and Bobby Langley, grandmother Glenda Sparks, a large family of aunts, uncles and cousins, and an amazing group of friends.
He is preceded in death by his beloved sister, Keri Sparks Blowey, grandfather, William Guy Sparks, aunt Cynthia Langley, uncle Michael Sparks, and loving family friend, Steve Webster.
