Julio was born January 9, 1926 in Rio Bravo, Coahuila, Mexico to Clemente Moreno and Faustina Saucedo.

He received a teaching degree from Escuela Normal Rural – Tamatan, Tamaulipas in 1942.

He married Isabel Delgado in 1946 and they lived together in Rio Bravo and Houston, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Isabel Delgado.

He also leaves to cherish his memory children: Mario & Matilde Moreno, Marisela & Aniceto Vera, Julio Jr. & Sofia Moreno, Ma. Julio worked as a carpenter for 36 years, He was also actively involved in the Christian Family Movement.

A visitation for Julio will be held Sunday, January 10, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023. A rosary will occur Sunday, January 10, 2021 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023. A celebration of life will occur Monday, January 11, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023 with Father Eduardo Rivera officiating.
