She is survived by her Mother, Jo Ann Brown, her sisters, and various extended family members.
Julie had a wonderful love and passion for animals. In lieu of services, the family requests donations be made in Julie’s name to the Houston SPCA, Houston Humane Society, or any animal shelter of your choosing.
