Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Brookside Funeral Home-Cypress Creek, 9149 Highway 6 N., Houston, TX 77095. A graveside service will follow at The Palm Memorial Garden Center, 4335 County Road 3567 County Road 3567 Portland, TX 78374 (Date and time TBD).
Julia was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Rudolph & Adalee Smith, older brother, Melvin Smith and his wife, Nina Smith as well as her husband, David Carrol Parrie.
She is survived by daughters, Verda Ann Parrie and Rebecca Ann Caylor (Husband Gregory Caylor). Grandchildren: Joshua Henson Jones (Wife Sara Jones), Hannah Elyse Smith (Husband Kenton Smith), & Brianna Victoria Caylor. Great grandchildren: Nithanyelle Eric Jones, Aerith Stephanie Jones, Kairo Benjamin Smith & Kora Elyse Smith, Brother Richard Smith.
