Julia (Julie) Ann Farnsworth Young

Julia Ann Farnsworth Young, 79, died on May 15, 2011 in Oklahoma City. There will be a visitation from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday May 18, at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home in Houston, Texas with her services to follow on Thursday May 19, at 2:00 p.m. in the Forest Park Lawndale Chapel in Houston . Burial will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.

She was born on September 8, 1931 in Houston, Texas to William Lacey Farnsworth and Frances Henryetta Stevens. Her first marriage was to Harlan Allen Richardson, Sr. in February of 1945, in Harris County, Texas. They later divorced in December 1949. Her second marriage was to Thomas Gerald Young on July 11, 1952 in Harris County, Texas. He preceded her in death on July 13, 1994 in Harris County Texas.

She attended Austin High School, and made a living as a seamstress. She also attended Calvary Assembly of God Church in Stillwater, Oklahoma and was a member of the Park Place Chapter 731 of the Order of the Eastern Star in Houston Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one sister, and her second husband.

She is survived by two sons William Jerry Young and wife Lavena of Stillwater, OK and Dale Anthony Young and wife Margie of Woodland, TX, as well as one daughter Gail Annett Cullison and husband Adrian of Stillwater, OK. She is also survived by one sister Alice Louis Pagel of Ganodo, TX, as well as 13 Grandchildren, 15, Great Grandchildren and 5 Great Great Grandchildren.
