Julia Rodriguez Felan passed away in peace Thursday, January 20, 2022 at the age of 90. She was born April 21,1931 in Austin, TX to Pedro Rodriguez and Ramona Mendiola Mendoza. She enjoyed playing Solitaire, embroidery and reading books. She is proceeded in death by her husband Simon, mother Ramona, two brothers, sister, daughter and son. Julia is survived by her children Alice, Lucy, Robert, Julia, Fannie, Elizabeth, Simon Jr., Leonor and her surviving sister Amelia Loera and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A visitation for Julia will be held Wednesday, February 2, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo Navigation, 2516 Navigation Blvd., Houston, TX 77003. A rosary service will occur Wednesday, February 2, 2022 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 2516 Navigation Blvd., Houston, TX 77003. A committal service will occur Thursday, February 3, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Forest Park Lawndale, 6900 Lawndale St., Houston, Texas 77023.
