Judy is survived by her daughter Kim Strickland and husband Joel, as well as Louis Sellers; nieces and nephews; Jennifer Gerdes, Sarah and Christina Scott. Mike Brewer, Anthony and Jamie Scott; grandchildren, Jacob and Kailey Strickland. Carrie and Shelbie Gerdes. Kayden, Logan and Dylan Brewer. Haylee, Sean, Skyler, Nicholas and Sevrin Scott. Great niece Mayci and son Ryder Scott. Many other extended family that she was a Nana to.
Judy enjoyed being by the water and spending time with family and friends. She was a friend to all, and loved being with her grandchildren.
Judy is preceded in death by her parents Leo and Betty Lou Scott and Anna Scott. Sister, Carrie Scott Brewer and brothers Jimmy and Vernon Scott.
A visitation for Judy will be held Friday, July 8, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, Texas. A funeral service will occur Saturday, July 9, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM also at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home with a graveside to follow.
