Judy Aileen Adams Harris of Texas City was born in Baton Rouge, LA. August 26, 1949 to Emery Otis Adams and Evelyn Panzram Adams. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Emery Otis Adams, Jr. (Spike). She passed on May 15, 2013 to join the Lord in heaven. She is survived by her six children; Russell Potter (Sherry), Douglas Potter (Shelley), William A. Harris, William J. Harris, Leonard Harris (Sylvia), Nicole Gapen (Jesse), and her five Grandchildren. She lived life to the fullest and will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Judy graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake with a bachelor degree in arts, history. She loved animals and enjoyed painting in her spare time. She always would take the time to listen and was a friend to all. The grave site funeral service will be held at Forest Park-Lawndale, 6900 Lawndale St., Houston, TX, 77023 on Saturday June 1, 2013 @10 a.m. in the Masonic Area, section 24.
