Alot of people will always cherish knowing Juan.  He was a very nice and friendly person and my prayers and thoughts go out to all his family and friends.  I believe he is at peace now and with his son Raymond in Heaven.

My condolescences to the Duran family.  Juan was such a good friend to many of us at SCI and was truly one of the kindest people I've ever known. I will miss him and his friendly smile.  He had a gentle heart and caring soul.  How I wish I could go to lunch with him again and simply enjoy his company.

Juan was a very friendly person you could talk to and Juan always would tell you goodmorning or Hi everytime he see you.Juan would always come up to the ninth floor and talk to us and ask us how was our weekend, and he would always talk about his grandchild he loved so much.Bless him he will be in a better and bless place.

I met Juan in 1997.  Little did I know at the time, he became someone that I look forward to seeing everyday whether it was in the parking garage or in the office or just outside.  He always had a smile and always asked how I was doing and I do the same.  Some days he would come by just to tell me something exciting and it made my day.  I missed all that when he retired and still am.  I will always cherish the memories.  It was a priviledge knowing Juan.  I know he is in heaven smiling.  Always know he is in good hands.  God bless Juan and his family.

I will really miss Juan, he would call the office on occasions and I would have a chance to catch up so-to-speak. I have soooooo many memories of Juan, he would "always" greet you with "big smile", he loved to talk about his family, his family was so precious to him. He will surely be missed as I will miss him. Juan was always so friendly and dedicated to his work. He was one of the first people I'd see each morning when I walked into the building.  He had a smile for everyone he'd see.  He had a great sense of humor, too.  I haven't seen him much since he retired, but I always remembered him on Cinco de Mayo.
