Josephine Salazar

Josephine was a long time resident of South Belt, Sagemont Area for 52 years. Graduated from Frank J. Dobie High School. Attended San Jacinto College. Josephine retired from O’reilly. Currently employed by Ability in Disability.

Josephine is preceded in death by her parents Pilar and Augustina Salazar, brothers John Salazar, Lorenzo Salazar and Julio Salazar. She is survived by her daughter Marissa Salazar Vega and husband Fabian, Teresa Salazar, Brother Jose Salazar and wife Esther Z Salazar. Sister Guadalupe and husband Christino Orta. Sister Angelina and husband Domingo Arias, Louis Salazar, Bertha Alice Salazar, Mario Salazar and Claudia Cardenas. One grandson, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Josephine will be held on Thursday May 11, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 pm at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, Rosary at 7:00PM. Funeral Service will occur on Friday May 12, 2023 from 11:00AM to 12:00PM. A committal service will occur Friday May 12,2023 at 12:00PM.
