Mother Mother Barnes....

I love you and your memory shall be forever with me.  She was a very special person to me as she was my Mother in Law.
From the very first time i met you and you welcomed me to your family with open arms.
You trusted me with your daughter. 
Your everlasting kindness, the great holiday meals, your wit and wisdom will always be cherished.
Thank you for the occasional phone calls and show of friendship and concern in your later days. Heaven has gained a flower. 
I'll miss you Mom.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I am so sorry for your loss, Mother Barnes was a jewel,  a woman of wisdom and knowledge.  I loved to  sit in her class when she taught Sunday School. She loved the church and the people of God.  She always strive for excellence and would encourage and empower you to do the same all to the glory and honor of God.  She will be greatly missed.  

Mother Josephine Barnes was a source of love, encouragement, wisdom, and laughter. I have had the honor and privilege of learning from and working with her on several projects at New Bethel Temple. From a teenager, Mother Barnes always had something positive to uplift me and even when she had a word of correction, it came from a place of genuine love and concern. A bonified prayer warrior and scholar of the Word, Mother Barnes left an indelible mark on my life. I will miss her tremendously, but I know Mother is praising in the gates! I pray that God bless, comfort, and strengthen the family during this time.  

I am saddened at the loss of my Aunt, Josephine Barnes. She was such a wonderful Aunt, loving , supportive, and generous. She always did whatever she could to help others. Also, her Christian values were front and center for all to see and use as an example for their lives. She loved the Lord and lived a dedicated sanctified life. I will truly miss her.
