Joseph Matison Ware

Joseph M. Ware passed away on March 3, 2018. He was born on February 20, 1941 in Houston, Texas to parents, Joseph Howell Ware and Marie Elizabeth Shelton. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents and little brother Fredrick William ‘Billy’ Ware.

Joe was a successful businessman who never met a stranger, his love for life was contagious. He was known for his unconditional love for his family and extended family & lived for family gatherings. Joe loved fishing, hunting, gambling, old cars, and playing poker with his VFW family. Joe lived life to the fullest, He can now go rest with his best friends Ray and Bill and fish all day long. He will be missed & will live on through our memories.

He is survived by his loving family; Dusty Ware & Dallas Ware, Sherri Ware Barnett & Garland Barnett, Kelly Ware & Denise Ware, Ginger Cuccerre & Rodney Cuccerre, & Deanna Norwood, John Bensuk; grandchildren, Keaton, Kolton, Kameron, Cole, Brooke, Chelsie, Chase ; great grandchildren, Ella, Audrey, Kinley, Kaylie, Kimmie and Kyndall as well as numerous family members and friends also survive

The family will receive friends for a visitation Wednesday, March 7, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM; and a funeral service on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at 12:30 PM in the Grand Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home; followed by a burial at Brookside Memorial Park and Cemetery, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039.
