Jose R. Padilla, was born on August 30, 1930. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He delivered himself unto our Lord and Savior on August 1, 2012. No words can express our sorrow nor console the family. Jose was preceded in death by his loving wife, Maria Ysassi Padilla. They both now light the way for all of us on this Earth. He is survived by his four daughters and son-in-laws: Leticia and Norman Chapa, Sonia and Jorge Casimiro, Tammy and Juan Jose Garcia, and Laura and Jorge Esparza. He is survived by his 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 3, 2012 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home from 5-9pm with a 7pm Rosary to be recited. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 2pm at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home.
