Jorge Luis Salazar

Born on September 2, 1975, in Allende, Nuevo León, Mexico, Jorge was raised in Houston Tx and proudly graduated from Furr High School. He built a career as a dedicated truck driver, where he found joy and freedom traveling the open road in his 18-wheeler.

Jorge had a passion for life’s simple pleasures. He loved firing up the grill for a good BBQ, listening to music, and giving back to his community whenever he could. His generous heart, sense of humor, and hardworking spirit touched the lives of many.

He is survived by his parents Alberto and Hortensia Salazar. His beloved partner, Lisa, and their soon-to-arrive daughter, Faith Marie Salazar. He also leaves behind his loving siblings: Rosalinda Vargas (Ramon), Maria Olga Garcia (Jerry), Alberto Antonio Salazar (Doris), Lucila Ramirez (Luis), and Hilda Castillo (Neftaly), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, countless family and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

Jorge will be deeply missed and never forgotten.

Nació el 2 de septiembre de 1975 en Allende, Nuevo León, México. Jorge creció en Houston, Texas a y se graduó con orgullo de Furr High School. Trabajó como conductor de camión, una profesión que le brindaba alegría y libertad mientras recorría los caminos en su tráiler de 18 ruedas.

Jorge disfrutaba de los placeres sencillos de la vida. Le encantaba hacer carne asada, escuchar música, viajar y ayudar a su comunidad siempre que podía. Su gran corazón, su sentido del humor y su espíritu trabajador dejaron una huella profunda en quienes lo conocieron.

Le sobreviven sus padres, Alberto y Hortensia Salazar; su amada esposa, Lisa, y su futura hija, Faith Marie Salazar. También lo recuerdan con cariño sus hermanos: Rosalinda Vargas (Ramon), Maria Olga García (Jerry), Alberto Antonio Salazar (Doris), Lucila Ramírez (Luis) e Hilda Castillo (Neftaly), además de numerosos sobrinos, sobrinas, mucha familia y amigos que siempre llevarán su memoria en el corazón.

Lo extrañaremos profundamente y jamás será olvidado.
