Jordan was a Deputy for Harris County Precinct 2 and truly loved his job, the people he worked with, and the community he served. A devoted public servant, he volunteered for 16 years in the Reserve Command of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office to earn his spot as a Deputy. Outside of work, Jordan was happiest antiquing with his husband, cooking for family, and spending time with his two pups.
Jordan is survived by his husband, Michael Kennedy, daughter Emily and her husband Daniel North, daughter Melissa Kennedy, son Tyler Kennedy and his wife Ashley, dogs Beau and Casey, grandchildren Levi, Noah, Benjamin and Peyton, Sister Neesha Mohammed, nephew William (Junior) Cotton, brothers Salim and Nizam Mohammed, and uncle Raphael Ali.
Friends are cordially invited to gather with the family and share remembrances of Jordan at their residence anytime until the date of the funeral service.
Funeral Service will be held at ten o’clock in the morning on Friday, the 1st of December 2017, in the Jasek Chapel of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston.
Immediately following, all are invited to greet the family during a reception in the adjacent grand foyer.
A private family interment will be held at Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston.
