Johnny Isadore Villarreal

Johnny Isadore Villarreal, age 84, of Houston, Texas passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2022. He was born in Hempsted, TX on March 30, 1938. Johnny graduated from San Jacinto High School. He was married to Lallie Espinoza Villarreal on May 14, 1961.

Johnny had a career as a Truck Driver for 20 years. He was a member of the Teamsters, Knights of Columbus #8404 for 14 years, and had a passion for the Astros, Texans, and traveling with his wife and family as well as outdoor activities.

Johnny is preceded in death by his parents Severiano and Frances Villarreal, Sister Hortence Contreras, Brothers, Victor, Lucas, Samuel, Frank Sr., and Ernest.

He is survived by Daughters Monica Villarreal and Elsa Villarreal, Son John Villarreal(Yvonne). Grandchildren, John Jr. Villarreal (Mari), Justin Villarreal(Sandra), Joshua Villarreal(Maria). Great-Grandchildren, Layla, Justin Jr, and Mia Villarreal. Brother, Anthony Villarreal(Christine), Sister, Teresa Garza, Sister-in-laws Loretta Villarreal and Julie Villarreal and Brother-in-law Alfred Contreras. And numerous nephews and nieces.

A visitation for Johnny will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A Rosary service will take place at 6:30PM.

A visitation will occur Thursday, December 22, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Patricks Catholic Church, 4918 Cochran Street, Houston, TX 77009.

A funeral service will occur Thursday, December 22, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at St. Patricks Catholic Church, 4918 Cochran Street, Houston, TX 77009.

A committal service will occur Thursday, December 22, 2022 from 1:45 PM to 2:15 PM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038.
