John Smith went to be with the lord on Wednesday December 7, 2022. He was born on February 13, 1939 in Stewart Mississippi to the parents of Annie May and Aronie Barksdale Smith.
John was proceeded in death by his 2 sons. Thomas Smith and Johnny Smith.
John is survived by his wife Merlin Smith, daughters Dell Wilson and Nena Kimball, sister Betty Gill, 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren among many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday December 12, 2022 from 1:00PM to 2:00PM and a funeral service at 2:00PM with celebration of life at 3:00PM at Evergreen Baptist Church Fellowship Hall at 23141 FM1314 Porter Tx, 77365.
