John B. Shank, age 81, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2015. Long time resident of Houston, he retired from the United States Air Force after over 20 years of service, and he was a long time employee of Reed Tool Company. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Helen Shank. Survived by his wife of 57 years, Anne Shank; sons, Stephen Shank and wife Susan, and Scott Shank and wife Kelly; grandchildren, Travis and Taylor Shank, and Corinne and Carly Shank; and his beloved dog, Duchess. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 19, 2015 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven, 13102 North Freeway, Houston, Texas 77060. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, Houston, Texas.
