John Alex Reeves

John was a Member of the Catholic Faith. He served in the U. S. Navy and Retired from Fleming Co after many years of service. He was a kind man who loved his big family, adored his wife, and enjoyed watching golf and football from the comfort of his favorite chair.

John was preceded in death by his Parents, W. A. and Ruth Reeves, brothers Raymond, Wayne, Keith and Lowell E Steve Reeves. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Geri Reeves; step-children, Stacy Emminger, Jesse Levengood; a step-grandson, Jesse Mercado; a step-great grandson, Gage; one sister, Louise Harrison; numerous Nieces and Nephews and Great Nieces and Nephews.

Services will be held Tuesday, June 23, 2020 with Fr. Mike Van Cleve of St. Jerome Catholic Church officiating. Visitation is at 11:00am. The Funeral Service will follow at 12:15pm at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A Committal Service with Military Honors will take place at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038.
