John Leslie Peterson

John attended Milby High school. He then worked in several different trade fields over the years ranging from construction to management at AutoZone. John loved the outdoors and was an avid Astros and Houston Texans fan, attending various games with family and friends. He had a passion for gardening and barbecuing where he would often share the fruits of his labor with others. He was a loving father, son, brother, grandfather and friend.

John was proceeded in death by his father, Horace Peterson; mother, Minnie Peterson; brother, Lynn Peterson; brother, Keith Peterson; and brother, Mike Peterson. He is survived by his oldest brother, Jerry Peterson; daughter, Tracy Peterson; daughter, Lisa Peterson; son, Jason Peterson; and daughter, Karen Peterson. Grandchildren: Brittany, Michael, Savannah, Nikki, Brandy, Heather, Riley and Victoria as well as 4 great-grandchildren: Carly, Trevor, Luke and Lylah. He has several nieces and nephews along with many lifelong friendships.
