I had been thinking about “ Johnny Mack” over the years and I lost touch with him after I transferred to the Main Post Office back in 2000. He and I worked at Bear Creek Post Office for several years . He was a true gentleman- I don’t care what the conversation was about he could  educate you and was always encouraging. He was a man of great wisdom who I never once saw get upset.Every conversation would end with the John McQueen laugh .. I was much younger - but he was the coolest dude hands down .I was shocked to Google him and find his obituary . I know God proudly opened the gates to welcome you home my brother 🙏🏾

I've debated on writing this. It has been 159 days since you  transition, and received your wings .I didn't really know if I could  put into words just how much I miss you. Some  days it feels like it's still a bad dream that I just haven't woke up from; others days  I know it's real, but I know I'll see you again. Of course, it hasn't really gotten better or easier, but I'm finding more ways to cope. I still find myself wanting to call you and waiting on you to call (just to hear your voice hey babygirl this Bubba ) Oh My God Bubba I miss you so much.

Your velvety smile, heartfelt talks and jolly laughs will be missed more than we could ever write about.  All  the family memories, we will continue to hold near and dear. To the World's Coolest,  Loving & Caring  Grandpa,  you will be  missed. I will always remember the  good times  when  we  were kids and we would draw & color something on  white  computer paper and  you & Grandma  would  tack  our  Artwork to the walls in the house for  us to look at  & admire.  I won't forget  when you  would  Play Dominoes  with my  Dad and  y'all would  take turns  yelling "Dominoe" It was  exciting  to  hear  the  Dominoes slamming  on the  table or while you all were shuffling the Dominoes around to distribute for another Game.  I LOVE YOU  GRANDPA and I wish you  could  have  lived  longer.
