John E. Fisher, 69, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2011. He is preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Nellie Fisher; sister, Juanita Caudle.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lydia Fisher; son, Dennis Clemons and wife, Sylvia; grandchildren, Kayla and Adrian Clemons; mother in law, Dolores A. Earles; and his beloved cat, Seth Aaron.
Mr. Fisher obtained a Ph.D with honors from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor Law degree with honors from the University of Texas. He worked 28 years for the City of Houston. After retiring from the City of Houston he worked as counsel for Olson & Olson Law Firm.
A memorial service will be held at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home on Friday, October 7, 2011 at 10am.
