John Munn Fendley, Jr. went to be with his Lord on July 2, 2017. He was born on May 14, 1931 in Alberta, Alabama to parents John Munn and Betty Lou Fendley. John was preceded in death by his parents; loving wife of 59 years, Jewell Dean Fendley; sister Angie Gray and husband Vernon. He is survived by his two children: John Michael Fendley, Cheryl Jean Barmey and husband Steve.; two grandchildren: Ashley Fendley, Shelby Fendley; sister, Maxine Clark Terry and husband Delbert as well as numerus friends, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends for visitation Thursday, July 6, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and a funeral service Friday, July 7, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Brookside Funeral Home in the Grand Chapel; followed by a burial at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039.
