JoAnn Beck

JoAnn Farrell Beck, at the age of 79, received her heavenly healing on January 31, 2017. Her brown eyes and big smile reflected the love she had in her heart for her family, friends, and Jesus. JoAnn will be remembered most for her loving devotion to her family and her sweet spirit.

JoAnn was born to Herbert Donovan Farrell (Don) and Evelyn Ellen Fitzgerald in Houston, Texas on July 25, 1937. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her devoted husband of over 30 years, Vernon Beck. He was truly the love of her life.

JoAnn will be lovingly remembered by her son Eddie Smith and his wife Sharon; her daughter Debbie Burton and her husband Curtis; and her step- daughter Joann Pratka and her husband Larry and their daughter Savanna; her grandson Pastor Chris Taylor and his wife Haley and son Clark; and her granddaughter Lauren Lustig and her husband Josh.

JoAnn Beck's service will be held Saturday morning on February 11th at 12:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale, Houston, Texas in the Oak Room. JoAnn will be laid to rest next to her loving parents, Don and Evelyn Farrell. Her grandson Pastor Chris Taylor will be officiating her service.
