Jo Ann Chelf, age 97, of Houston, Texas passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2022. Jo was born July 3, 1924 in Saint John, Kansas. She is preceded in death by her parents father Fred Pitts and mother Jessie Welch. She is survived by her two children John Chelf and daughter Susan Chelf and many family and friends. She will truly be missed by those that knew and loved her.
