Anne was born in Beckville, Texas to Robert and Ell Daniels McKenna. She grew up near Henderson, Texas, and graduated from Gaston High School in Henderson. While attending Tyler Jr. College, Anne was a member of the Apache Belles drill team. She married Bill, shortly thereafter, and lived in several US Air Force base cities. They moved many times before making their home in Houston, 54 years ago.
Anne was preceded in death by her husband, of 66 years, Bill, and their son Steven.
Her survivors include her daughter, Suzanne Fanning and husband Bill, and grandson Matthew, and step granddaughters Christen Sistrunk and Marianne Debenedictis and their families, all of Houston.
The family would like to thank her caregivers Martha, Lupe, Andrea, and Patricia, as well as Enhabit Hospice who took great care of Anne.
