Jessie is survived by his wife Betty of 42 years; daughters Regina Bouley
Sweeten & husband David of Portales, NM, Nicole Ford & husband William
of Bellevue, WA, and Daphne Nix & husband Billy of Ramstein, Germany;
two granddaughters and a grandson; his mother Dorothy Bouley of Winnie,
TX; two sisters Jeanette Ellis and Margarette Bouley; and two nephews Jessie
Ellis and Donald Bouley. He is preceded in death by his father Jessie Bouley,
Sr. and his nephew Charles Ellis II.
Jessie will be buried in the Houston National Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jessie Ellis, Donald Bouley, David Sweeten, Willam Ford,
Donald Dylla, and Glenn Colaco.
