Jessica was born on July 14, 1989 in Houston, TX to Sandy and Chao-Lin Liang. She received her Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the University of Houston in 2012. She worked as a Commercial Analyst at Edgen Murray before joining the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Halliburton. After working for four years in Houston, TX, she moved to Washington D.C. to further her education. She obtained a Master of Arts in Organizational Science from George Washington University in 2018. After graduating from GWU, she began working at Guidehouse (formerly part of the PwC network), in Washington D.C. as a Senior Associate.
Jessica had a passion for traveling the world and seeing the beauty in different cultures. She loved to go on adventures with her younger sister, Melody, and her many, many friends to places such as Spain, Italy, Denmark, Taiwan, China, Dubai, Sweden, Iceland, and Chile. She was also an avid music lover and enjoyed attending concerts to watch her favorite artists perform live. Name any music festival, and Jessica has probably been. Jessica was always the girl singing along with lyrics and dancing to the beat with her famous carefree smile.
Jessica was known for her wittiness, infectious laughter, and supportive and compassionate spirit. We are all better for knowing her and lucky to have her in our lives.
