Jesse Medina, Estefani Arrambide, Dafne Grace Medina

On top of being a loving mother and wife, Estefani was a caring daughter and protective older sister. As a child Estefani knew how to have fun without toys, always inventing fun games. She was known for her exceptional style. She was the perfect sister and daughter to go on a shopping trip. She had a special bond with her father, who she could talk for hours while walking at Memorial Park. One of her best traits was her generosity and forgiving nature. If she ever knew you needed something and she had it, she would immediately insist you have it. Whenever there were disagreements, she was always the first one to say sorry and didn’t want to stay angry because she understood the importance of keeping peace because family is forever.

Growing up Jesse was adventurous and family oriented. From riding a motorcycle with his father, to riding 3 wheelers with his cousins, or jet skies with his siblings, he always combined the two. As a loving, caring father and husband, Jesse always made sure his little girl was having fun. Jesse was a caring, honest, and noble man who lived by his heart and his mind. He took care of those around him, especially his little brother and sister. He was always fair in judgment and in life and always wanted to protect and ensure the happiness of others. His adventurous but clumsy nature caused him to stumble across the girl he would keep in his life forever.

Jesse and Estefani met when Jesse accidentally spilled a drink on Estefani’s favorite shirt. He promised to buy her another shirt if she gave him her number, Estefani laughed and said, “Is this your way of picking up girls?” He laughed and said they could meet up at the mall on an agreed date. She laughed it off and agreed to have a drink with him. This was the start of their journey together.

They experienced so much, but by far the most beautiful gift they ever received was Dafne Grace Medina. She was born on January 21st, 2014. Dafne instantly brought so much joy and happiness to this family who absolutely adored her. Dafne loved going to the zoo and they took her every chance they got. They always made sure their little girl had a smile on her face. The family would frequently go on trips to Lake Charles and they enjoyed taking Dafne to the pool because she loved to play in the water. By far the most memorable trip they had was the trip to The Hollywood Casino, where Stefani and Jesse professed their love for each other on June 4th, 2016. On August 30th, 2019, the sun set for this beautiful family but their new journey has just begun.
