I want to say Thank you Tio Jesse for always being so kind and welcoming. You were a true example that family doesn't mean blood. We can chose who we surround ourselves with. You chose to be a part of our family. You then became an essential part of not only Tia Carmen's life but all of our lives. You accepted all of us with respect and love. You made an already happy woman and her whole family happier. You with your smile and sense of humor made her fall in love with you. In return you were Blessed to be loved by so many until you took your last breath. What a beautiful impression you made on us. You were a wonderful husband, father figure, grandfather, brother in law and uncle. The Rodriguez family will forever be altered without your presence but so thankful to have shared so many beautiful memories with you. May you Rest In Peace until we meet again. 

I've always dreaded this day, but had no idea it would come so soon. One of my biggest fears was to face the day my Uncle Jesse would leave this earth. We had a special bond, one that was built from all of the years that he and my Aunt Pauline would come to visit and be here for holidays, celebrations, or just a random weekend because he wanted to spend time in his hometown with his family. He was not perfect by any means, but I loved him with all my heart. We had inside jokes that spanned decades. He believed in me, encouraged me and showed me love. Uncle Jesse also loved to suprise me with small gifts when I would see him. He was visiting when I got my dog a few years ago, and to commemorate the occasion he bought me a shiny ring with a little dog on it. It was a simple, yet thoughtful gift I will always cherish. He often showed his sweet side to me and I am so grateful to have so many memories with him. When we found out just how sick he was, he and I talked about his journey ahead and what he wanted. He wanted to live, he wanted to beat the cancer. It broke my heart that he wasn't able to get better, that we couldn't make him better, that God had other plans. He asked me to take care of him and it was an honor to be able to be with him until the end. Time and distance can never keep you away from those you love. He is always in my heart and I am so grateful for our time together. We are here for his children Jesse Jr and Cindy, my mom/his sister Sandra, and the entire Armenta family. May our family find comfort knowing he is no longer in pain and may my Uncle Jesse Rest In Peace. 
And to you Uncle Jesse, I love you very much and I'll miss you more than words can express. Give a big hug to grandma and all of our loved ones in heaven. Until I join you one day, I'll see you in my dreams!

Hey Grandpa, over the years we got pretty close. You always accepted me for who I was and we were always cracking jokes about grandma and just life. I can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve taught me over the years. From fixing up cars to how to build things and just life lessons that would prepare me for my future. I remembered I didn’t think you would go to my boot camp graduation because you hated flying. But come family day you were there and cried sayin how proud you were of me. I know I’ll see you again and don’t worry about us. We have enough memories to last us a lifetime. I love you grandpa and I will see you again 

Dad, I want you to know that we are going to miss you dearly. I will always treasure all the beautiful memories we shared.  Thank you for loving my Mom, girls, husband and myself unconditional. You brought the best out of my Mom.❤  I can't thank you enough for everything! I will always cherish our memories. You always reminded me that life's too short not to love everyone and to always forgive. I will miss our talks and I will really miss your jokes. Dad, I'm going to miss you so much but I know one day we will reunite and pick up where we left off. I love you Dad! RIP
