Sergeant Jerry Lynch passed away on September 12, 2022 at the age of 86. He retired in 2001 after proudly serving 27 years in the City Marshall Division of HPD. He is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Barbara Lynch; his daughter, Lynda Lynch; son-in law, David Titus; and three wonderful grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Myrna Koska, and numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and friends whom he loved dearly. His sister in law, Susan McLain, said it perfectly, “He was our brother and he will be missed.”
A visitation for Jerry will be held Saturday, September 24, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM . Funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM with burial immediately following.
All services are taking place at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home and Cemetery .
