Jerry Anthony Cook, 51, entered into eternal rest on April 10t h 2017 surrounded by his loving Family. Jerry was born in Houston, Texas December 9, 1965, to Mother Alicia Parra Cook and proceeded by his Father Jerry Dean Cook. He is survived by wife Veronica, his Fur children Samson “Sam” Cook and Chuck Cook, his Brother, Mark R. Bidwell, Nephew Lorenzo Bidwell, Nieces Marissa Bidwell, Elaina Perry and Olivia Bidwell and Great Niece Mia West.
Jerry was a person who loved being outdoors, spending time with friends, and helping others. He graduated from high school in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In his late 20's, he founded Cooks Custom Printing and provided printed goods to local organizations and families in his community.
Services will be held at Forest Park Lawndale. Visitation Wednesday April 12th at 5pm and Rosary at 7pm. Funeral service will be at 1pm Thursday April 13th followed by interment at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery
