In 1971, Jeffie met Willie G Johnson Jr in Flint, Michigan. Jeffie and Willie went on to have 2 children, Deanna Johnson, Stefanie Johnson, step-daughter LuWana Parker and granddaughters Kharma Hall & Ajé Parker.
In 2000, Jeffie retired from AC Delco / Delphi in Flint, Michigan and spent her time sewing, quilting, creating quilt patterns, and singing in the church choir. Jeffie loved all different kinds of music, art, and making everything around her beautiful. Jeffie left a pleasant impression on everyone who met her. Through anything that happened in her life, she never forgot her family and would recall memories of them often.
Jeffie is preceded in death by her sister Betty White, brothers Henry J White Jr., Donald White and parents Willie B & Henry J White Sr.
She is survived by her husband Willie G Johnson, daughters Deanna & Stefanie Johnson, stepdaughter LuWana Parker and granddaughters Kharma Hall & Ajé Parker, sisters Lula Mae (Cookie) Carter, Mary (Bonnie) Cox, Debbie Bell, Joann Burks and brothers Joseph (Rusty) White, Aaron White, Michael White, Gary (Skeeter) White and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
Services will be held at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church on April 11, 2023 at 11am
A visitation for Jeffie will be held Monday, April 10, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, April 11, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, 527 S Houston Ave, Humble, TX 77338. A committal service will occur Tuesday, April 11, 2023 from 1:15 PM to 1:45 PM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038.
