Mrs. Thomas L. Rodgers, (née Jane Bader) died January 29, 2012 in Houston, TX. Mrs. Rodgers was a native of Galveston, a member of the Episcopal Church and a resident of Houston since 1938. She was a graduate of the University of Texas, a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority and taught in both Galveston and in Houston public schools. She is preceded in death by her husband Thomas L. Rodgers, her son Tom B. Rodgers, and her nephew. She is survived by her daughter Jane R. Ballou and husband Wesley S. Ballou, one niece and four grandchildren.
Funeral service and entombment will be at Memorial Oaks Mausoleum at 2pm on Thursday, February 2, 2012. For those desiring, contributions may be made to charity of choice .
