James Richard Lee South, age 36, of Houston, Texas passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. James was born February 10, 1986 in Sparta, Il. The son of James South and Rebecca Link and stepdad Michael Link.
James was an iron worker, crane operator, mechanic, farmer and so much more.
James (Ricky) is survived by his daughter Wynter Fields and was expecting another child this year with his partner Tayomi Jorden, daughter Za'Riyah Bond; and daughter Rylee; Mother and Stepfather Rebecca and Michael Link, Father James Eugene South, sister Dusti Rhyne and her husband Josh, four nieces Kaelyn, Kynlee, Baylee, Kelsi and one nephew Drew; He is also survived by one brother Kenneth South.
James was preceded in death by his grandmother Nancy Steward and by his cousin Dustin Whaley.
