David was a loving man who cared deeply for his family and friends. He believed in people being treated fairly and had a soft spot for children in need. He was a simple man who found joy in being with his family, shopping online and returning most of what he bought, and watching golf while reading a book. He listened more than he spoke and when he did have something to say it usually came with a very robust and confident delivery. For these reasons, and many more, he was so loved and will be greatly missed.
David was a Christian and longed for the day he would be embraced in the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and be reunited with his wife, Linda. His 15-year wait is now over and he is dancing with his bride. For this, we give thanks and praise. AMEN!
The service will be held at Brookside Funeral Home & Memorial Park on Monday, August 29, 2022. Visitation starts at 9:00am and the Funeral 10:30am. Interment to follow in Brookside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to St. Jude’s or Smile Train in David’s honor.
