James Louis Jarmon began his life's journey on August 24th, 1933 in Elgin, Texas. James was the third child born into the union of Clara and James Jarmon. He attended school at Granger high school. James began his adult life living in Houston, TX and relocating to Riverside, CA where he would marry his wife Betty Jean Lewis on March 17th of 1987. James is preceded in death by siblings, Elmer Jarmon and Lucille Maynard, children Sandra Porter and Vivian Penrice. James leaves to mourn his wife Betty Jean Jarmon, siblings Freddie Mae Thompson, Mary James, C. Jacob Jarmon, Jesse Jarmon and Charles Jarmon. Children Paulette, Claudette, Arvella, Ray Clifton, Clara, Elmer Louis and James Louis Jr. along with a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends. James was a God fearing man who loved and cared for his family deeply.
