James E Haywood

James Edward Haywood was born on March 13th, 1946 to Edward Haywood and Bessie Mae Fields. He grew up in Clifton Texas and attended Dunbar School in Clifton Texas. He moved to Houston at an early age and worked for Brown and Root for 15 years. He Met Natalie Davis, they married June 9, 1997, they were blessed with one child Jamesha Haywood, together they have 4 children James Haywood Jr, Jeffery Haywood and Manuel Padilla. After leaving Brown and Root he followed in his Uncle Charles footsteps (who preceded him in death) and together James and Natalie Haywood started their own trucking company “NatStar”

James Haywood was called home Wednesday evening December 28th 2011 at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston Texas. He is preceded in death by his Father, Edward Haywood, Mother, Bessie Mae Haywood-Fields.

He leaves to cherish his memories a loving wife Natalie Haywood, and daughter Jamesha Haywood. Three Sons, James Haywood Jr, Jeffrey Haywood, and Manuel Padilla; 6 brothers, Arthur Haywood (Vicki) Rhone Haywood, Edward Matthews, (Clemmie) John Matthews (Helen) Richard Sedberry (Sha) and Edward Haywood Jr preceded him in death.

9 Sisters Carla Coleman (Bobby), Jessie Mae Collins, LaVera Leggett (Mitch) Carolyn Lindey, (Eddie), Suzanne Sedberry, Juno Tapp, (Irvin) Lydia Vaughn, Tiffany Brackens (Don) and Estella Davis preceded him in death.

4 grandchildren Nikeesha Haywood, Marissa Haywood, Jeffrey Haywood Jr., and James Haywood III, and great grandchild Nia William and a host of nieces and nephews..
