Jim was born on July 7th, 1935 to Ferdinand and Pauline (Pavlik) Hadash in Borden, Texas. Jim was a loving father, father-in law, grandfather. great-grandfather and brother.
Jim worked on the Pavlik farm the first 15 years of his life. He went to school in Weimar, TX but graduated high school in San Antonio in 1955 and was drafted into the army and served in Korea from 1955-1957. He drove a city bus for two years in San Antonio and moved to Houston in 1959. He married Jean Rohan in 1962 and they started a family in Spring Branch in 1968 of where he still resided. Jim was an insurance agent for American General from 1963-1991.
He was a devout Catholic who loved his faith and family with all of his heart. He was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church since 1968. He was also a KC member of post 1450 since 1980. He devoted much of his time in helping the KC's and his church.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing, playing dominoes, billiards and telling a good joke. He never met a stranger, he could hold a conversation with anyone and made the best mashed potatoes.
Jim was preceded in rest by his parents, his brothers, Clarence, Erwin and Marvin Hadash, and his sister Gladys.
Jim is survived by his children, Duane (Diana) of Tomball and Bruce (Lisa) of Cypress. He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren, Shelby (Kyndal) Hadash, Chelsea Hadash, Dylan Hadash and Seth Hadash and his great-grandchildren Karsyn and Styrling Hadash.
Pallbearers will be Shelby Hadash, Dylan Hadash, David Moore, Seth Hadash, Brian Rohan, and Matt Pereira.
Food and Fellowship will be at St. Jerome Catholic Church immediately following the graveside service.
The family would like to thank everyone for their kind words and wonderful memories of our beloved Dad.
