James was preceded in death by his son, James Malcom Daniel IV and son-in-law, Richard Baron.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Mary Ellen Daniel; daughters, Julia Margaret and husband Bill, Meme and husband Jack, and Valerie Baron; and 10 loving grandchildren that knew him as “Big Daddy.”
A Vigil Service and Rosary will be recited on December 6,2013, at 4:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Czestochowa Roman Catholic Church, 1731 Blalock Road, Houston, Texas 77080. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, December 7, 2013, at 2:00 p.m., at Our Lady of Czestochowa Roman Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Houston ASPCA.
