James Clyde Collins, Jr., of Galveston, Texas passed away on December 25, 2022. He was born in Houston, Texas on November 2, 1954.
James Jr. graduated from Jefferson High School. James had a career as a chef and was employed with JC BBQ. He had a passion for cooking, sports, enjoyed being around his family and friends.
Left to cherish his memories are his children, Videll Collins, Anton Collins, Farah Collins, Byron Collins, Adrian Collins, James Collins, III, and Quincy Thompson; Grandchildren, Persinae Elston-Collins, Elijah Zepeda, and Jacob Thompson; Siblings, Avery Lewis and Jeffery Haynes and a host of other extended relatives and friends.
