James R. Biehl, died peacefully in his beautiful home in Palacios, Tx. on July 12, 2011. He was born in Chicago, Ill on 10/18/32. He was a long-time resident of Deer Park, Tx. He retired from Western Electric in 1985 and then work as a consultant for many years for AT&T where he met many people who always referred to him as such a gentlemen and fine man. He was an avid sports fan from playing volleyball during his youth to watching his kids and grandkids play their sports as well as watching it on TV.
He was proceeded in death by his wife of 49 1/2 years, Margie Tyner Biehl, and then Louise Garner Biehl of years, his parents, brother Bobby, baby sister Sandy, sister-in-law Jane, and nephew Steve, and not forgotten all other family members and many close friends. He is survived by his children and their significant others, grandchildren, great-grandchild, brother, sisters, sister-in-laws, and brother-in-law, and many nieces and nephews and their families. He has touched many lives during his journey. A special thanks to Dr. Nadim Nasir and his staff for giving him many extra years of life and a very special thanks and sincere gratitude to Houston Hospice-El Campo for all their caring support, generosity and genuine concern not only for him but the ones who cared for him.
