Jaqueline, also known as Jackie was born February 5, 1938, in Bryan, Texas to parents Frank William Saculla and Carrie (Tremont) Saculla. She had a beautiful life, and she loved her family dearly. She met Michael Hyland in Bryan, Texas and they were married on September 9, 1956. Together they started a family and raised five sons in Houston, Texas. She was a beautiful person inside and out, and her family was her world. She was kind, giving, and selfless. Jackie showered anyone who crossed her path with love. She was a member of Legion of Mary and had a strong passion and commitment for God and her church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Hyland Sr.; sons, David Hyland, and Frank Hyland; father, Frank William Saculla; mother, Carrie (Tremonte) Saculla; sisters, Mary Scanlin, Sarah Palumbo, Katheryn Hudson, and Joanne LeNoir; brother, Anthony Saculla, Pete Saculla, and Frank Saculla.
Jackie is survived by her children, Mike Hyland (Renee), Jerry Hyland, Fern Hyland, and Jason Hyland (Laura); grandchildren, Crispen Chapman, Kyle Hyland, Chelsea Hyland, Robert Hyland, Misty Stockton (Caleb), Kaylynn, Haley Hyland Poytinger (Jake), Jacob Hyland, Keely Hyland, Travis Hyland, Tyler Hyland (Caitlyn), Ryan Hyland (Jennifer), and Jennifer Hyland (Carol); great grandchildren, Isla, Cannin, Gavin Hyland, Taegan Hyland, Mia, Asia, James, Blakely, and Evan Santiago.
Serving as pallbearers are Crispen Chapman, Ryan Hyland, Kyle Hyland, Travis Hyland, Jake Hyland, and Robert Hyland.
A life beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered.

A visitation for Jacqueline will be held Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A funeral service will occur Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A burial committal will occur Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 3:05 PM at Brookside Memorial Park.
